Sweat Studios Announces 30-minute LockDown classes
In addition to its two yoga classes coming live every day from its Studio in The Hub Milton Keynes, and a host of pre-recorded on-demand and playback classes, Sweat Studios has created a range of 30-minute classes designed specifically to address issues arising from the current lockdown.
Wake Up, a simple yoga class designed to energise you mentally and physically
Move and Breathe for those working from home, to ease movement and ease stress and anxiety, ideal for lunchtime and the end of the day
Wind Down, a simple yoga class focussing on calming your thoughts, releasing tightness from your day and setting you up for a deep and restful sleep.
Sweat is supporting clients with a closed Facebook Group giving direct, interactive access to instructors providing tips exactly as they would in the studio and advice on how to use yoga during this new norm.

Classes cost £7.50 and can be joined live and on demand and playback sessions as many times as you wish during a 7-day period.
