On 1 st June, Sweat Studios in The Hub Milton Keynes, is launching a virtual 30-
day Yoga and Pilates challenge open to everyone including newbies.


The longer the lockdown goes on, the harder it is to stay motivated and with a
lack of regular routine and for many minimal physical space, it’s even more
difficult.


But Sweat founder Kirsty Lowe, believes that if we all support each other, we
can continue to give our healthy and wellness the focus it deserves.


“By committing as much time each day as you can to doing yoga or pilates to
keep your body moving, you will feel so much better both physically and
mentally. We have a Sweat Studios Community Page on Facebook so we can all
be together and provide motivation throughout the 30-day challenge”.


Getting involved is simple. For £59 you get unlimited access to all time-tabled
classes for the month of June as well as Sweat’s back catalogue of playback and
on-demand classes. You can take a class whenever it suits you. There’s 30
minute to full hour-long sessions and active to more relaxing classes. You
choose what works for your day and mood.
