Tracy, T.Sweetmap one of the country’s crème de la crème of pastry chefs, and senior member of the team at Bogota Coffee, is now proudly competing in C4’s Bake off:The Professionals 2020. Together with her partner Moos, they impressed the judges with their stunning creations and awarded second place in the first episode which aired Tuesday 26th May.
