This is Arron, Brasserie Blanc's Chef de Partie. He’s known for his amazing fish cookery and for singing away during a busy service. He only joined them 6 months ago but already is adored by the team. Arron’s dream is to open his own restaurant one day (and it will absolutely come true), but for now, he’s here to delight you with his fabulous cooking.
