The government has announced the ‘Eat Out To Help Out’ scheme to incentivise people to eat out and plunge some much-needed money into the hospitality sector.
What is the Eat Out to Help Out scheme?
Eat Out to Help Out is to incentivise people to eat at restaurants, specifically on quieter days of the week to help the hospitality industry recover. Here are the key things you need to know about it as a customer.
50% discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks, up to a maximum of £10 per person.
It’s valid for eating in only and you can only use it on food and/or non-alcoholic drinks.
The discount is available all day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3rd – 31st August 2020.
